Portraits are painted live during a 3-hour window, providing unique entertainment coverage for the wedding.

• A dedicated 2-Person Artist Team (Artist + Assistant) to maximize speed and guest interaction.

• Up to 50 custom watercolor guest portraits created live at the event.

• The Workflow: Reference photographs of the guests are taken on-site so they can get back to celebrating while we paint.

• Group Limit: Up to 4 people can be included per single portrait.

• On-Site Printing for Multiples: If duplicates of a specific portrait are requested (so everyone in a group gets a copy), an on-site printer is utilized to hand out high-quality prints instantly!

• Live Guest Pick-Up: Portraits are immediately placed in clear protective sleeves with sturdy backings so your guests can take them home as the ultimate wedding favor that very night!

• The Keepsake: One detailed 8x10 custom watercolor portrait of the newlyweds, meticulously finished in the studio and mailed out directly to the couple at a later date.​

• Travel: Included up to 100 miles round trip and .50 each additional mile. Available nationwide and can provide a quote.

Have a larger guest count?

Any portraits not completed during the 3-hour live window, or requested beyond your initial 50, will be finished in-studio from reference photos at $10 per guest.

Before invoicing, we’ll send you the remaining reference photos so you can choose exactly who else you'd like painted. Completed pieces are beautifully packaged and shipped to your home within 3 to 4 weeks.
