The live event process...

We provide all the supplies needed other than a table. We require a 5-6 foot table with 2 chairs.

My assistant will take names and photos of guests as they arrive. Guests only need to pose for a moment.

I sketch and paint the portraits with high quality Derwent Inktense and QOR paint on 5x7 cold-pressed watercolor paper.

I utilize a simple design with minimal facial features to provide a timeless effect.

I average 15 guests per hour. Up to 4 guests in a portrait. Please keep in mind that time varies based on details.

Each portrait is signed and placed in a protective sleeve with a backing board.
The Pricing...
3 Hours On Site Time - $900
(50 guests maximum)
4 Hours On Site Time - $1150
(65 guests maximum)
After the allotted time, any remaining guests (past the maximum) can be done as a Studio Only Creation which is priced per portrait and then sent via USPS to the address provided by the guest. A invoice will be sent for approval about a week after the event.
Custom stamps with initials and date - $40
If your wedding has a large guest count, I can work with an additional artist. Any additional artist you find or I recommend will bill and contract their services separately from me.
A 50% deposit is required. Your deposit holds the date. If you cancel or if there is an issue and the date is changed I can try to accommodate you, however if the new date is not available I will apply half the deposit toward a studio painting from a photo of your choice. The subject does not have to be wedding related.
Travel up to 100 miles round trip from Greenville, SC is included in price. Any farther and it is .50 a mile.

A detailed travel quote will be provided for over 6 hours total travel, to include accommodations.
